The Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame has been an integral part of the Syracuse sports community since its inaugural Induction Dinner and Ceremony in 1987. Each class of sport greats represents a tremendous cross-section of our sports community. For 38 years, we have selected and honored those men and women who have helped make Syracuse the great sports community that it is.  Each year more than 600 people gather for our annual dinner to honor these sports greats. The date for the 2026 dinner will be announced soon!
